Once and Future Camelot-High-Res-CoverPublication today!  Absolutely thrilled that The Once and Future Camelot, sequel to I, Morgana, has now been published by Momentum/Pan Macmillan – and my thanks and gratitude to the wonderful team who made this possible. I’ve so enjoyed telling this story of two women, separated by almost a thousand years, but joined by their common ancestry, and by the terrifying visions that haunt them.  Both women have loved and lost the men they love, but when they come together in a medieval garden where all is not what it seems, will they have the courage to save themselves – and our future?  Fantasy grounded in reality – and yes, there is history too!  Morgana’s daughter, Marie, travels 12th century England and France with Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine, reciting lais based on Breton legends, and also her memories of Camelot, and so the book also becomes a meditation on the telling and writing of stories.marie de france 3  You’ll find more about Marie, and my new book, in my previous blog. Please NB: if you missed out on reading I, Morgana you’ll find it free from all ebook retailers over the next few days. I,-Morgana-hi-res And please join the fabulous Serene Conneeley and me on facebook for our online book launch tomorrow night (Friday 27th May) from 6.30 Australian time to say hi, and talk about books.  Look forward to meetingbook launch 2016 you there!
