I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be doing some more creative writing workshops at the Q-Station in the Sept. school holidays. We’ll explore the mysterious and haunted Q-Station on North Head hearing stories of ghosts and its grisly past, which will help to inspire a series of fun writing exercises designed to hone your skills in the craft of short story writing. Wed Sept 25th for 9-12 y.o.; Thur. Sept 26th teenagers 13-16. Time 10 – 4 pm, $75 includes tour, writing workshop and afternoon tea (where students will have the chance to read their work aloud, if they wish to do so!) BYO lunch and drinks; light refreshments available at the Visitor Centre Café. Art workshop for 7-12 y.o. Fri Sept 27th with artist Kerrie Girard, $100 pp includes art workshop, tour of site, all materials and afternoon tea.
