I went right out of my comfort zone yesterday to record a promotional video clip for the Sydney Mechanics School of Arts, the oldest lending library in Australia, and the Thomas Keneally Centre which is housed there – both a wonderful resource for writers and readers. And my thanks to Berkelouws Bookshop, my wonderful local bookshop in Balgowlah, Sydney, who hosted the filming session. Also thanks to Phil Jang for his enthusiasm as he works his way through the many authors who are taking part in this ‘author forum.’  I was really nervous beforehand, but in the event it was actually rather fun although the 5 minutes allotted to the talks went by far too quickly and I missed out on mentioning one of my favourite novels – so will picture it here to make up for it!  If you have time, check out this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSJGo70Tc1w and you’ll also find many other interviews with a wide range of authors there as well.
