I’ve also been asked to do a Member Talk at the Society of Women Writers on Wednesday next week, hoping that our Patron, Prof. Di Yerbury will be present to announce the latest recipient of the Di Yerbury three-month residency in the UK award to some lucky winner. As the inaugural winner of the award, and having spent three wonderful and very creative months in beautiful Barnstaple in Devon, I’ll be talking about my time there researching and writing The Once and Future Camelot, with a week spent in Glastonbury which has also helped inform my latest rewriting and updating of the Shalott trilogy.
